MLB has finally set a date for Instant replay it will begin on Thursday. The instant replay will be used for fair/foul calls including home runs it will be here in time for the post season. Baseball commissioner Bud Selig is scheduled to have a press confrence this afternoon at 5 pm EST. Baseball was the only sport without instant replaying until they announced there will be replays starting Thrusday.
Three series are scheduled to start Thursday, with Philadelphia at the Chicago Cubs, Minnesota at Oakland and Texas at the Los Angeles Angels. For other games, replays will be available to umpires starting Friday.
